The Problem
The Valladolid producer dried its bottles with compressed air before labelling, but the results were poor, with insufficient drying and badly applied labels.

The Solution
SolvAir installed a 4kW Eco-Blow connected to SolvAir 400mm stainless steel Air Knives, which dry the bottles consistently so the labels go on cleaner and more effectively. Product returns have fallen, maintenance is vastly reduced, and eliminating expensive compressed air has brought energy savings.
