Vision-Guided Bottle Orienting Systems
Flexiturn reads each container on the belt and turns it to the angle the next station needs, correcting orientation in line as it travels. It handles full or empty containers in glass or plastic, ahead of labelling, capping, coding and inspection.
Key Features:
- Rotates each container independently, guided by machine vision
- Handles cylindrical, square, rectangular and irregular profiles alike
- Works on bottles, jars, small flasks, round cans and vials
- Corrects orientation in line, as the container travels

- Rotation to 90, 180 or 270 degrees per container
- Independently-actuated side belts, engaged to the degree of turn required
