The TBOS (Truck Blow-Off System) enables businesses to easily fulfil their environmental responsibilities, fully meeting Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS), as well as compliance with current and potential best practice guidelines.
TBOS is the leading system for plastic pellet removal and pellet cleaning for trucks and tankers. Fully autonomous, the Truck Blow-Off System is the only system of its kind, removing 90%+ of plastic pellets, and providing easy integration onto existing setups with no business interruption in installation or use.
Once in place, TBOS is fully automatic, meaning that trucks only have to drive through it to start the blow-off process.
TBOS is designed to be powerful enough to remove plastic nurdles/pellets spillage material from trucks, even when the truck surface is wet, without compromising on TBOS’s energy saving capabilities.
As TBOS does not use water there is no need to consider water containment, cleaning, filtering or maintenance.
All plastic nurdles/pellets are removed from the trucks and deposited onto the floor area surrounding TBOS. From here, they can be easily cleaned/collected using a standard industrial vacuum system.
