SolvAir's customised ION manifold Air Rinsing Solutions provide sustainable alternatives for beverage production lines.
Lervig Brewery in Norway needed its beer bottles thoroughly cleaned inside before filling, and its existing methods were inefficient and costly. SolvAir solved the issue with an Air Rinsing System using ION technology, a PX200 1.5kW blower and an 8-nozzle ION manifold, which cleans the bottles without water or compressed air.
Lervig Brewery in Norway needed to ensure thorough internal cleaning of its beer bottles before filling. Its existing methods were inefficient and costly, prompting the search for a more effective solution that would maintain high hygiene standards without compromising production efficiency.
Lervig needed to guarantee the cleanliness of its beer bottles before filling, but compressed air options consumed excessive energy, increasing operational costs. Water rinse systems offered an alternative, yet required substantial investment in water treatment infrastructure for supply and waste, presenting logistical challenges.
SolvAir deployed an Air Rinsing System with unique ION technology, featuring a PX200 1.5kW blower and an 8-nozzle ION manifold. It provided thorough bottle cleaning without water or compressed air, and this eco-friendly approach ensured optimal hygiene whilst minimising operational costs.
Our air rinsing system offers Lervig a perfect balance of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring impeccable bottle cleanliness without the costs and drawbacks of water or compressed air systems.
