A Redesigned Look and Feel
We have redesigned and rebuilt our website, and reworked it for use on a phone. Product pages now carry FAQs, a Benefits section and an energy savings comparison against compressed air. Articles, case studies and videos appear in one consistent tile layout, and the Resources section brings them together, filterable by type: Technical Articles, Case Studies and Videos. Each member of the SolvAir team has a profile page with their background and areas of expertise, and you can book a free consultation from the site.
Case Studies Across Eight Industries
Our case studies cover eight industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Beverage, Breweries, Electronics, Food, Heavy Industries and Rubber & Plastics. Each one sets out the customer's problem, the system SolvAir supplied and the results, with photographs. At AB InBev, the result was 0.3mg of water under each cap against a target of less than 1mg. Work Out Your Energy Saving
Our Air Blowers are typically 7–9 times cheaper to run than compressed air, and the Energy Savings Calculator shows what that means for your own line. Size a blower from your Air Knife specification: Air Knife length, number of Air Knives, hours per day, days per week and electricity rate. Or price the compressed air you already run, from compressor power in kW, air consumption in m³/hr or annual cost.
It sizes on our standard Air Knife specification (1.4mm slot gap at 140 mbar), picks a PX-Series blower from our published data and shows the annual saving, the saving per running hour, day and week, and the running total over seven years. Figures are indicative, and a SolvAir engineer confirms the final specification.
