We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Matthew. Dan joins SolvAir as our new Production Manager, and is based at our Unit 20 Facility in Ipswich.
Expansion of our production team
Dan will be overseeing all of SolvAir’s production activities. Working alongside our technical team, he will be responsible for quality assurance and ensuring our systems are high-performance and high-quality, meeting our customers’ scope. He will also be managing our production operations, overseeing the assembly team.
Dan will work closely with Zack, Senior Production Engineer, to further streamline and advance our manufacturing capabilities. Dan will be key in our drive to strengthen our production capabilities, in order to meet increased customer demand, and to maintain SolvAir’s position as industry leaders in air solutions.

About Dan
For Dan, engineering is a genuine passion, and he enjoys taking his precision and problem-solving into his personal life, where he enjoys taking on challenging DIY projects. Outside of work, Dan has been married for over 20 years and has two children, aged 16 and 19. A passionate supporter of Ipswich Town Football Club, Dan's enthusiasm for football extends beyond the terraces – he previously served as the assistant manager of Woodbridge FC Under 16s, where his younger son continues to play.
We welcome Dan to the SolvAir family from December 2024, and we look forward to drawing on his expertise and leadership with our production team.
